Tracking Information from FedEx will be sent to you as soon as your product is shipped. Our aim is quick shipping so usually order ship same day or next day.

Product Warranty - All products are tested for proper operation and function. In the case of malfunction within manufacture warranty, you can either reach out to them directly or contact us to initiate the process.
If product is outside of manufacture warranty please contact us to better assist you get your watch back to perfect condition.
We ensure a smooth shipping process by utilizing Next Day Air services from FedEx. To minimize handling, we personally deliver the packages to the FedEx hub. Additionally, we take extra precautions by providing comprehensive insurance through IFS. This approach ensures coverage for all parties involved and minimizes the likelihood of encountering any issues.
Before placing an order, kindly ensure that your address is accurate as we cannot assume responsibility for any discrepancies resulting from incorrect addresses. Additionally, we strongly advise you to monitor the tracking progress of your package. In the event that there is no one available to receive and sign for the delivery, please be aware that the package may be returned to the nearest hub.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong addresses on your part or returned shipments.
